We have had a great season of shows with Salt Creek Wranglers! So far we have hosted five open shows, two clinics, and had hundreds of entries and rides!

Ever year, members have the opportunity to compete for a high-point prize. We award points for each placing in a class, calculate the total over the year, and (as long as that member or a family member has volunteered their required 6 hours), a member can win a high point prize!

Our year-end high point prizes vary from custom buckles and spurs to Corral Caddies, bridle bags, and more. We pride ourselves in awarding not only the highest-scoring riders, but also recognizing riders who receive other special recognition. In previous years we have awarded buckles for highest scoring open (non novice) walk-trot western pleasure horses, all-around ranch horse, and super senior western pleasure horses.

We still have two more pointed shows on September 7th and September 21st. Our final show of the year, the Halloween Spooktacular, is a casual and non-pointed, but very fun, show.
